Unauthorised Transaction Made By A So Called LOCA-TOOL.FARGO USA

I am writing regarding unauthorized deductions made from my Standard Bank account for a so‑called “location tool” service linked to LOCA-TOOL FARGO USA. On 26 July 2026 I noticed on my bank statement that an amount of R146.25 had been deducted for this location tool service, even though I did not knowingly activate, subscribe to or use any such service. The same amount of R146.25 was then deducted again on 26 August 2026 and on 26 September 2026. In total, three separate deductions of R146.25 each were taken from my account, and no service was provided to me in return. I live in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and I only became aware of these charges after reviewing my bank records and SMS notifications from Standard Bank, where the transaction appears as a payment to LOCA-TOOL FARGO USA. For each of the three deductions I received an SMS confirmation from Standard Bank showing a payment of R146.25 to LOCA-TOOL FARGO USA. I never gave clear consent for this service, I did not receive any communication explaining what it is, and I did not use any location tool linked to Fargo. I contacted Standard Bank about these deductions, but I was informed that they could not assist me because the transaction does not appear in their system beyond the notifications I received. This leaves me with no direct way to stop or reverse these charges through my bank. I consider these recurring deductions to be unauthorized. I request a full refund of all amounts deducted (three payments of R146.25 each) and the immediate and permanent cancellation of this location tool service so that no further charges are made to my account. I also request written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the service has been cancelled.
