An Unauthorized Amount From LocationTool

I recently discovered a charge of R585 on my bank card dated 09 August 2026 from the website loca-tool.com, listed as a “Recurring Card Purchase”. I did not knowingly agree to any such payment or subscription, and I consider this transaction unauthorized. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted the Location tool website and requested a refund of the R585. I was informed that the refund process would take 10 days. I also immediately blocked my card to prevent any further unauthorized payments from this website. I am requesting that the full amount of R585 be refunded to me as soon as possible, as I did not consent to this payment. I also want to ensure that there are no further charges or recurring payments linked to my card from Location tool.
