I have been actively using the Litmatch app for about a week. Today, my account was banned for one day because of an incident that occurred in the chat section. During a conversation, someone asked me, “What is your favorite song?” I intended to type “Paranoya Rüyalar,” but due to a keyboard typo, an inappropriate word was accidentally sent instead. Immediately after this message, my account received a one-day ban.
I did not use this word intentionally, maliciously, or to insult anyone. It was entirely the result of a typing and keyboard error. For this reason, I believe the penalty given is harsh and unfair, and I am uncomfortable with the situation.
I kindly request that the Litmatch team remove the one-day ban from my account, or if that is not possible, reduce it to a lighter restriction. I ask that my account be reviewed and that the context of the message and the fact that this was a typing mistake be taken into consideration.
