Litmatch Account Banned After False Violation Warning – ID 30899127
Today at around 17:30, my Litmatch account (BAN_ID: 30899127) was unexpectedly banned. I was chatting with friends on the app when I tried to type the English word “man” (meaning “you’re the man”), but I accidentally typed “mal” instead. Right away, I received a rule violation warning.
What frustrates me is that even when I try to type many other normal words, the app gives similar warnings. Because of this overly strict or faulty filter, my account was completely suspended, and now I cannot log in or send any messages.
This ban has caused me serious personal issues since I lost all access to conversations, including contact with my girlfriend on the platform. I wasn’t even able to copy her user ID before being locked out.
My account was free, and I already contacted Litmatch support, but I have not received any reply. I am requesting that my ban be reviewed immediately and that I be given access to my account again. I also urge Litmatch to improve its word-filtering system so users are not unfairly penalized for harmless mistakes.
