Requesting Litmatch to Reopen My Account After Accidental Profanity in Chat

My Litmatch account, which I created with the email address t********@gmail.com, was suddenly banned today while I was chatting with a friend. I was using the app normally, and during the conversation, I accidentally used a phrase that contained profanity.

I deeply regret this behavior, and I do not think my account deserves to be permanently closed because of it. I understand that I must follow the app’s rules, and I want to emphasize that I will be much more careful from now on.

I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reopened, or at least that my penalty be reconsidered and reduced. I also ask to be informed of the outcome.
