I Can’t Access My Litmatch Account Even After Ban Period Ended

I had a temporary ban on my Litmatch account, and I patiently waited for the ban period to expire. However, even though the suspension time has officially ended, I still cannot log into my account. The system doesn’t indicate any active ban, yet I’m locked out with no explanation.

I’ve been trying to understand what’s going on, but there’s no clear guidance or support channel to help me resolve the issue. I’m left completely in the dark. All I want to know is whether my account can be reactivated and what steps I should take—if any.

I’m requesting urgent assistance from Litmatch support to look into my account and lift any remaining access restrictions. Please resolve this issue promptly so I can regain access to my account without further delays.
