I Face an Unfair 24-Hour Ban on Litmatch — Banned After Being Insulted in Chat

I have a Litmatch account under the username “Yusuf.” Earlier today, while chatting in DM, another user used offensive language toward both me and my mother. Despite that, I received a 24-hour ban, and I’m now unable to access my account. I didn’t receive any warning or explanation — I only saw that my account had been banned.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I had no bad intentions. The situation started because of a misunderstanding — my girlfriend didn’t reply to my messages, and things got tense between us. I’m even willing to apologize to the person involved if necessary.

I kindly request that my ban be lifted and that the situation be reviewed thoroughly to ensure such misunderstandings don’t happen again.
