Lingokids Cut Access Early and Demanded Extra Despite My Active Subscription

I’m experiencing the same issue many others have reported with Lingokids. I purchased an annual subscription thinking my kids would have uninterrupted access. Initially, I could set the screen time freely—usually around 40 minutes to an hour, which worked great. But shockingly, before even a full month passed, the app suddenly limited access to just 15 minutes a day, and then completely locked the content unless I upgraded to Lingokids Plus for an additional ₺400+.

Why am I being forced to pay extra for features that were supposed to be included in the annual plan? This feels deceptive and unfair. The way the app manipulates access mid-subscription shows a clear lack of transparency and business ethics.

This kind of approach seriously damages user trust. I demand Lingokids restore full access for the duration of my subscription without forcing me to pay more. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll stop using the app entirely and warn others about the hidden charges.
