I Paid for Lingokids Annual Plan but Still Can’t Access Plus Content

I purchased the 1-year subscription package for Lingokids, thinking it would give my child full access to the educational content. However, despite paying for the annual plan, the app still prompts me to upgrade to Plus—as if I haven’t subscribed at all. None of the locked videos or premium content are accessible, which defeats the whole purpose of the purchase.

What’s even more frustrating is that it’s impossible to reach customer support. I searched everywhere in the app and on the website, but couldn’t find any clear way to contact a real person or get help.

At this point, I feel completely ignored and misled. I paid good money for a service we can’t use, and I expect Lingokids to either fix this access issue immediately or refund my payment. Please treat this complaint seriously and get back to me as soon as possible.
