Lingokids Charges Subscription Fee After User Uninstalls App During Free Trial

I downloaded the Lingokids app via Google Play for a one-week free trial. Since I did not like the application, I uninstalled it from my device before the trial period expired, assuming that deleting the app would automatically cancel the subscription.

However, on August 23, 2026, I noticed a charge of $17 on my Enpara account labeled "Google *Lingokids Game London." Despite deleting the app as soon as the trial ended and not using it at all, the fee was still deducted. I contacted Lingokids support regarding this charge, but I only received an automated response from an AI bot, with no concrete resolution or refund offered.

Given that I did not use the app beyond the trial period and operated under the belief that the subscription had been canceled, I demand a full refund of the $17 charged on August 23, 2026, as well as the complete cancellation of my Lingokids subscription.
