Likee Old Videos Not Playing – Request Video Recovery and Acces

I have been using my Likee account with the ID name “Mhrzn eleeza” since around 2020 and I have many old videos uploaded there. Recently, I installed the Likee app on my Android phone and tried to watch my old videos, but they do not open at all. When I tap to play my old videos, the screen goes dark and only a loading circle appears, and the videos never start playing. I am using Wi‑Fi, but the problem continues and there is no error message, just the endless loading screen. I have not made any changes to these videos, and they are important memories for me. I would like Likee to check my account and fix this problem so that I can access and play all my old videos again, or at least explain clearly what has happened to them and how they can be restored.
