First, log in to your LightInTheBox account, go to "My Orders," and react to the most recent unanswered ticket.
Include your order number and tracking information in your reply so it moves back to the top of their queue.
If you don't hear back within 48 hours, use the Help Center to create a new "Order Not Received" ticket and mark it as Urgent. This will send the ticket to a higher-level contact within the company.
If support keeps ignoring you, post your problems or make a report on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
