I Face Sudden Account Cancellation on LifePoints After 3 Years of Membership
I’ve been a member of the LifePoints survey site for three years. But today, my account was suddenly canceled without any notice. They terminated my membership without warning, and I had at least ₺200 worth of points saved in my account. I wasn’t even given the chance to redeem them before my account was closed.
When I emailed the company, they replied saying it was due to a “policy violation.” However, they didn’t explain what rule I supposedly broke. The least they could’ve done was let me use my points. Was their action really ethical? I expect compensation from the company for this unfair treatment.
