Why Does LG TV Have So Many Wi-Fi Issues?
My LG TV will not connect to Wi-Fi. It used to be simple to connect to the internet for streaming, but it's now a constant source of frustration. Why do LG products seem to have this problem all the time? I previously owned an LG G4 phone that had a motherboard problem that rendered it useless before the three-year mark. Now I'm having problems with my TV, and I'm perplexed as to why LG seems to design products with such short lifespans. I won't be surprised if I can't even watch TV channels in the future. I'm thinking about sending it in for service, but there's no guarantee it'll be fixed, and it'll almost certainly cost a fortune. This is clearly a product defect, not a user error. If LG stands by its products, it should find a way to compensate for these ongoing issues that are not the result of user error. Provide free repairs or, if the TV is beyond repair, replace it. If my issue is not resolved, I will not consider LG again and will not recommend it to anyone else.
