LG Washer Dryer Has Damaged My Clothes Since the First Day

Approximately three years ago, I purchased an LG 10.5 kg washer-dryer combo. Unfortunately, I have never been able to use the appliance satisfactorily since the day it was installed. Colored clothing consistently comes out covered in lint, fibers, and hair, often looking worn, faded, and aged. White laundry has developed discoloration, darkening, and yellowing over time, and stains frequently remain even after washing. These problems have existed from the very beginning, and I have never been satisfied with the performance of the machine.
Over the years, I have contacted LG numerous times, visited the retailer where the appliance was purchased, submitted complaints with supporting photos and documents, and even filed a complaint through CIMER. Despite all these efforts, I have not received a meaningful or lasting solution. During the early stages of the problem, I repeatedly requested a replacement or refund because the machine was not performing as expected. However, I was informed that neither option would be approved.
More recently, an additional issue has emerged. During the spin cycle, the machine has started producing a smell similar to burning. When we contact customer service, we are generally given basic troubleshooting suggestions that can easily be found online. When we insist on having the machine inspected in person, we are met with statements suggesting that service charges may apply, which feels discouraging and inappropriate given that the product is still under warranty.
The washing machine is currently being used in the Dikmen neighborhood of Çankaya, Ankara. After years of unresolved issues, I believe a proper technical evaluation is long overdue.
My primary request is for the appliance to be thoroughly inspected on-site by an authorized LG service technician under warranty and without any service fee. I also request that all necessary maintenance, testing, and repairs be performed. If the investigation determines that the problems are caused by a manufacturing defect or product-related issue, I expect LG to provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement of the appliance or another permanent solution that fully resolves the ongoing problems.
As a customer who has spent years trying to obtain support, I hope LG will finally address these longstanding issues fairly and professionally.
