LG UR 91006 TV Backlight Bleeding Issue

Hello, I purchased an LG UR 91006 TV a few days ago and noticed significant backlight bleeding and clouding while watching in the evening. When I contacted the authorized service, they brushed it off, suggesting it's a rare occurrence and might qualify for replacement. However, the center informed me that such issues are normal for this panel technology. Despite expressing my discomfort and intention to escalate to the Consumer Arbitration Board, they responded casually, suggesting I could exercise my legal rights. It's disheartening to chase after companies driven solely by profit, knowing I might have to fight for my money's worth. I'm determined to pursue my rights. I advise against recommending LG brand; you'll regret it, as the old quality seems to be a thing of the past.
