LG 86UR8100 4K TV Backlight Bleeding Issue

Hello, I purchased an LG 86UR8100 4K TV from a dealer about 20 days ago, and there's a disturbingly noticeable backlight bleeding on the screen. I reported the issue to both the service center and the place of purchase. Instead of coming to inspect it, they asked for a video from me, which I provided. They claimed it's normal during dark scenes. LG sales and service mentioned this is common in most TVs. However, now it's starting to bother me during movie watching. When I informed the service center, they demanded a $600 service fee. If I were assured they'd come and fix the issue, I wouldn't mind paying; however, I fear they'll try to downplay the problem with explanations not based on technical data. I've had a similar experience with Arçelik, and my issue was promptly resolved with a replacement. When the device turned out to be faulty again, a direct refund was issued. I find it hard to understand why LG insists on such petty maneuvers. I demand a resolution to my problem because I know my consumer rights well.
