I am the owner of a 2025 Volkswagen Golf 8 GTI and I am experiencing a build‑quality issue with the interior air vents. The first incident occurred on 11 October 2026, when two of the vents started coming apart. On 27 October 2026 a third vent also began to come apart in the same way. This is a new vehicle and it is unacceptable that the air vents are already failing like this under normal use. I reported the problem to NTT Centurion and submitted it as a warranty claim. Despite the fact that this is clearly a defect on a nearly new car, they refused to repair the vehicle under warranty. Their only explanation was that they “can’t establish what is causing the damage”, which I find to be a very poor and unsatisfactory excuse, especially considering that multiple vents are affected. I request that Volkswagen and NTT Centurion repair or replace all the damaged air vents free of charge under the vehicle’s warranty and that a lasting solution is provided so that the same problem does not reoccur. I expect this issue to be investigated properly and resolved without any cost or further inconvenience to me as the customer.
