LG Diyarbakır Service Does Not Repair My LG OLED C2 42-inch TV

37

On October 16, I purchased an LG OLED C2 42-inch TV from the Media Markt at Diyarbakır Ceylan Mall for use as a monitor. After 3 days, the screen started turning off on its own. The service initially claimed it was a software-related issue and fixed it. However, the problem persisted, and this time, they stated that the panel would be replaced within 13 days at the latest. It has been almost 2 months today, but I still have not received the TV.
