LG Dealer Hillda Delivers Unsatisfactory Water Purifier Service

We spent 2700 Turkish Lira in November 2021 to purchase a water purifier from the LG Hillda dealer. Unfortunately, the purifier fell short of our expectations and was insufficient. We were required to pay an additional sum in order to obtain a new one, bringing the total cost to 3900 Turkish Lira. The water purifier, however, developed another problem in January 2023, and when service arrived on March 6, 2023, they offered to repair it for 1600 Turkish Lira or replace it with a new one for 6000 Turkish Lira. Finally, we decided to replace it with a new one. We cannot accept their offer because we no longer have faith in this company. We demand that all instances of our exploitation be immediately stopped.
