Levi’s website clearly states that new members receive a 20% discount code for their first online order. I registered as a new member, but the promised discount code was never sent to my email.

This is misleading and frustrating, as I specifically signed up expecting this offer. I request that Levi’s immediately sends me the discount code for my first order, as stated in their promotion. Prompt resolution of this issue would be appreciated.
