Lemon8 Made Me Think It Was Like TikTok But It Falls Short

I felt Lemon8 had some amazing potential at first. I appreciated how easy it was to log in with TikTok and how it instantly brought over the accounts I already followed. That was a kind thing to do. But to be honest, that's when the fun ended. The software is terribly slow; I'm often looking at loading displays, which really challenges my patience. It feels like Instagram with thumbnails or maybe Pinterest, but it doesn't have as many features as those sites have. There's no way to shoot video in the app, no live choices, and nothing that makes it feel sociable or lively. I don't see how this was ever billed as a TikTok replacement; it's not even close. I don't think anyone will use this app for very long unless they really improve it and include more interactive elements.
