Emerald Chat Keeps Crashing and Disconnecting Me In the Middle of Conversations

Emerald has been quite annoying to use as the website always crashes. You could spend years looking for someone genuinely eager to communicate, and boom—the site breaks just when you believe you are at last having a decent conversation. You then return to square one and start looking once more for someone. It occurs so frequently that it is quite unworthy of effort. From what I know, nine out of ten times the site shuts down if the chat spans more than five messages from both sides. It is a total waste of time and somewhat irritating. A chat platform should really function—not always disconnect individuals in the middle of a conversation. What use it then if Emerald is unable to correct this?
