I purchased four t-shirts from the Lee & Wrangler store in Forum Ankara. After washing them for just 15 minutes to freshen them up before wearing, I noticed that one of the shirts had a color defect near the hem.
When I bought them, I tried on a different color in the same size, and the store handed me a pre-packaged one instead of the one I tried. Trusting it was brand new and undamaged, I didn’t check it thoroughly before washing.
When I later sent it for inspection, my request was denied, and they refused to take responsibility. I will never purchase from this brand again and will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Lee & Wrangler, own up to your defective product and resolve this issue!
