I Sent MIU Coin from MEXC to My Ledger via SUI Network But 145k Never Arrived

I attempted to transfer my MIU coins—worth ₺145,000—from my MEXC account to my Ledger cold wallet. I scanned the QR code to complete the transaction, and the network was automatically selected as SUI. The transaction went through, and on the Ledger transaction history, it shows as received under "SUI1." However, the funds have never appeared in my wallet or in the SUI account I created for this purpose. It says “received,” but there’s no balance showing anywhere. On top of that, I’m unable to add a MIU account to my Ledger, and I’ve had no luck reaching their support. This is an unacceptable issue, especially involving this much money. Ledger, I need immediate assistance to locate my missing funds and ensure they appear in my wallet.
