If Ledger Live shows the wrong balance or won’t sync transactions, it’s usually a technical issue. Try these steps:

Check your internet connection.
A weak connection can interrupt blockchain synchronization. Try another network or restart your router.

Update Ledger Live.
Install the latest version. Older versions may display incorrect balances after network or firmware updates.

Clear cache.
Go to Settings → Help → Clear cache. This is safe and simply forces a full resync with the blockchain.

Verify the correct network/account.
For Ethereum or tokens, ensure you’re viewing the correct network and account. Sometimes a new empty account is created while the original remains lower in the list.

Reinstall coin apps.
In Manager, remove and reinstall the specific coin app. This does not affect your funds.

Check via blockchain explorer.
Paste your public address into an official explorer. If funds appear there, the issue is only with Ledger Live sync.
