On 26 May 2026, I noticed an unjustified charge of 40,09 for an annual plan from the Learna IA application on my debit card, even though I have never subscribed to the Pro version. I had only installed the application, but I did not register for the Pro plan, and I had already uninstalled the app before seeing this charge. This situation is particularly concerning for me because I did not give my consent for an annual subscription, and I was not informed of any such payment before it was taken. I live in Switzerland, and the charge was made via my Swiss debit card. I kindly request the full refund of the 40,09 amount and the immediate cancellation of any Pro or annual subscription that may have been activated on my account, as well as assurance that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
