I Can’t Recover My Stolen LoL Account or Access Valorant Due to Forgotten Email

July 16, 2025 6:54 PM42

My League of Legends account has been stolen, and I can’t access it because I no longer remember the old email address it was linked to. It’s been years since I set it up. However, I recently purchased a new skin and can provide details about that purchase to prove ownership. Despite this, there seems to be no clear path to reclaim my account without the original email.

To make matters worse, I just found out my Valorant account was banned due to hacking. I was completely unaware of this—apparently, it happened while I wasn’t even using the account. I tried logging in again after about a year and a half, only to find the ban notice.

I didn’t think to change the password or update the email because I had no idea my accounts had been compromised. But I can provide plenty of information to verify my identity and purchases. Riot Games, please help me recover my accounts. I’ve invested so much time and ₺ into them, and it’s incredibly frustrating to feel locked out without a proper support process. I need real assistance, not automated responses.
