I Face LCW Return Issue and Cannot Process Store Return

I would like to return a children’s dress that I purchased through the LCW mobile app, but the “return in store” option is not visible in the application. My order number is 2604072200825. The product was delivered just yesterday, has never been used, and still has its tags attached, yet I am unable to initiate the return process.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that I could return the item in-store. However, when I went to the store, the return could not be processed because the return button is missing in the app, and the staff there were unable to resolve my issue.
As a result, I am unable to complete the return either through the app or in-store. Considering that the product was delivered only one day ago, is unused, and still has its tags, I request that the return be processed smoothly in-store and that the issue with the return option in the app be fixed as soon as possible.
