LBank Shows “Maintenance” During Market Moves and Blocks My Trades

For the past two days, I have been experiencing serious issues on the LBank platform. Especially during sharp market drops or spikes, whenever I try to open a position or close an existing one, the system repeatedly shows a “maintenance in progress” message and temporarily restricts my account. This usually happens at certain times during the day and particularly when I am about to make a profit. However, when I am losing money or my positions are in the negative, there are no system issues and my trades remain open.
Because of these problems, my losses keep increasing and I am unable to control my trades. I experienced this issue yesterday at 11:30 PM and again today in a similar way. When I contact LBank customer service, I receive a generic response about 15 minutes later saying, “Sorry for the inconvenience, it will be fixed shortly,” but no concrete solution is provided.
Additionally, even when I close a trade with, for example, a $5 profit, $3 is deducted from my principal balance. This means I am not only unable to make a profit, but I am also losing money. I believe the platform is not delivering the service it promises and is causing financial harm to its users. I can provide my wallet number if necessary.
I demand that these system issues be resolved immediately, that my financial losses be addressed, and that an official statement be made to prevent further harm to users. I will also inform my followers about this situation.
