I Can’t Reset My LBank Password Due to Language Barrier

I forgot my LBank app login password and have been completely locked out of my account. The problem is made worse by the fact that the app is only available in English, and I do not speak or understand English well. Because of this, I’ve been unable to complete the password reset process, despite trying multiple times.

I reached out to customer support, hoping to get some help, but they also responded in English and offered no real assistance. It’s extremely frustrating and stressful not to have access to my own account due to a language barrier—especially when there are funds in that account.

I urgently request that LBank provide multilingual support or assistance in Turkish so I can log in again. No one should lose access to their money because they don’t speak a certain language. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
