BiCity Tokens Not Showing in My LBank Wallet—Still Missing Since August

Hello, I purchased BiCity tokens during the pre-sale, and on August 7, 2024, the team sent them to my LBank wallet address. However, despite the transfer being confirmed, the tokens still have not appeared in my LBank wallet to this day.

I have waited long enough, and this delay is unacceptable. I need LBank to investigate why my tokens are not showing up and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
