I never expected a company like Lava to be so unresponsive when it comes to customer satisfaction. I reached out about a serious issue I experienced with one of their products. I clearly explained the problem, even sent photos for proof, and all they offered was a replacement with the exact same model—the same product I was already unhappy with.
That’s not a solution. How does replacing a faulty or disappointing product with another of the same kind resolve anything? I asked for a different model or alternative option, but they refused. Worse, they told me to deal with the store where I bought it. But the store, in turn, told me to contact Lava directly since the item is under warranty and it's their brand.
This back-and-forth between Lava and the retailer leaves the customer completely abandoned. Nobody is taking responsibility. My money is gone, my product is useless, and my frustration is real.
