Last War:Survival Game Banned My Chat

In the game Last War on the Android platform, I play on server 1517 with the username “acun 07.” On Wednesday, September 24, around midnight, I shared a verse of the Turkish National Anthem as a message in the game chat. However, my message was considered as “inciting the community,” and I was given an 84-hour mute penalty. I contacted the game support team about this situation, but they responded by saying that the verse I wrote belonged to me and that the phrase “kim yayan” was problematic. Yet, my message had no bad intentions—I was only sharing our national values. I have never experienced such a situation in the game before; like everyone else, I have only received warnings, and I have also purchased many packages in the game. I demand that this penalty be removed immediately, that an apology be made to me and to the entire Turkish people, and that an apology statement be published in the global chat.
Progress
On 24.09.2025, while playing the game Last var: Survival on the Android platform with the username acun07, I received an 84-hour mute penalty for sharing the Turkish National Anthem, on the grounds that it was a 'political statement' and 'encouraged feelings of hatred and enmity in society.' When I contacted the game support team, I was told that the penalty would not be lifted because the text was considered political.
I believe this penalty is unfair. The Turkish National Anthem is one of the national values of our country and does not carry any political intent. In addition, due to this incident, I also request a refund of the total package fee of 409.98 TL that I spent in the game. This is the first time I have encountered such an accusation and nothing similar has happened before.
I request that my penalty be lifted, that I receive a written apology, and that my spent package fees be refunded.
