Zara Home's Delivery Company Kept Me Waiting and Disappointed for Two Weeks!

I ordered a few items from Zara Home two weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I attempted to cancel the order and receive a refund, but due to the lack of delivery, it was impossible. I've contacted Zara Home Turkey three times and the courier company they use in Turkey six times with no response. There are no explanations, solutions, or answers. It's hugely annoying to wait for my order without knowing when it will arrive. I called customer service, and they just kept saying they'd look into it, but I've been waiting for two weeks. It's not just the inconvenience; I needed the products for a special event, so I had to make alternative plans to replace my order. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue. If you ordered something from Zara Home, I strongly advise you to contact the company and the delivery service to ensure that your order arrives on time. Don't let them leave you hanging without an answer or a solution!
