My Lacoste Pants Shrunk After One Wash
I bought a pair of pants from Lacoste, and even though I followed the care instructions when washing them, they ended up shrinking by 3 cm. Unfortunately, my request for a return was denied. Lacoste's customer service is lacking when it comes to addressing concerns about their product's durability. I returned the pants for a second review, but unfortunately, they were sent back to my home without any resolution.
