Lacoste T-Shirts Shrunk and Developed Holes After First Wash And No Support Given

I purchased two Lacoste T-shirts, and both were a great disappointment. One shrank after the first wash, even though I carefully followed the washing instructions, while the other developed a hole in the chest area after only one. I called customer care, expecting a replacement or refund, but they refused to accept my exchange. It's disheartening to think that they're creating these shirts cheaply in developing nations, selling them for hundreds of dollars, and then providing no meaningful help when something goes wrong. I regret spending my money on such low-quality things and strongly warn others to avoid making the same mistake. Lacoste should improve both product quality and customer service.
