Lacoste Did Not Send My Full Order and Refuses to Refund or Replace It

I haven’t received the item I paid ₺7600 ($215) for. They can’t even prove that they sent me two items in one package. However, I have photographed everything, clearly showing that I only received one. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I haven’t received a proper response. They keep insisting that the package was complete, but they have no proof to support their claim. I even checked with the courier, and there is no record of two items being shipped. They refuse to refund me or send the item I originally ordered – Lacoste.com.tr.
