Lacoste Sent Me the Wrong Product Twice Instead of the T-Shirt I Ordered

I bought a t-shirt as a birthday gift for my wife from Lacoste.com.tr. The product I selected was a t-shirt, but the same design was also available as a long dress. Despite ordering the t-shirt, the product that arrived was a dress. When I contacted customer service, they suggested placing a new order, checking the invoice immediately upon receiving the invoicing email, and calling the company to warn them before shipping if an incorrect invoice was issued. This advice was completely impractical. I returned the product and reluctantly placed a new order to try again, even though my wife found out about the gift, ruining the surprise. Unfortunately, in my second order, the same wrong product—a dress—arrived again. I will have to return it once more. How can a brand synonymous with quality in our country send the wrong product twice in a row? My wife's excitement was ruined, and I felt embarrassed. Congratulations, Lacoste. Never again.
