I purchased the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 about two years ago, but I only opened it for use about a year ago. Although I have not used it regularly, I still have nearly half of the product left. Recently, I noticed that the product’s texture has completely deteriorated—instead of its usual cream form, it has now turned into a watery liquid.

The expiration date and lot number are clearly printed on the packaging, so the product should still be safe to use. Yet its condition has visibly changed, which raises concerns about its stability, storage quality, or formulation issues.

As requested, I am also providing a recent photo of the product in its current state for review.

I kindly ask that this product be examined by La Roche-Posay’s quality team and that I be provided with an official explanation about why its formula broke down despite being within its shelf life. Customers rely on dermatological brands like La Roche-Posay for safety and consistency, so such quality concerns must be taken seriously.
