Kuveyt Türk Silver Delivery Commission Increase
On 02.01.2026, I requested physical delivery of 20,000 grams of silver from my account numbered 6193**1-109 at Kuveyt Türk Balıkesir branch. During this process, I was informed that the commission fee, which used to be $45, had been increased to $200 for physical silver delivery. I find this sudden and very high increase in commission unfair and disproportionate, especially since I had planned this transaction based on the previously applied $45 commission. When I contacted the Balıkesir branch about this issue, I was told that they could not do anything, and no solution or reasonable explanation was provided. I kindly request that for my physical silver delivery request of 20,000 grams, the previous commission amount of $45 be applied instead of the newly implemented $200 commission, and that my transaction be completed accordingly.
