Kuveyt Türk Gold Points Not Converted Into Grams And Missing In Account
I am a Kuveyt Türk card user, and since I started using this card, the gold points I earned from my spending have not been reflected in my account in grams. Although a balance in TL has accumulated as gold points, these amounts are still not converted and transferred into my gold account as grams. I request that the TL amount accumulated from my gold points be immediately converted into grams and reflected in my account, and that any loss of rights, if applicable, be compensated. My customer number is 8365***. This complaint also concerns my Kuveyt Türk card.
They themselves claim that when the amount exceeds 50 TL, it will be loaded as gram gold, but even though it shows 224 TL, no gram gold has been loaded to me yet, interesting!
