Kuveyt Türk Branch Has Too Few Staff and ATMs Are Always Out of Cash

The number of staff at Kuveyt Türk Bank's İnegöl Branch in Turkey is quite insufficient. Employees are forced to handle at least 2-3 additional tasks besides their own duties, so they cannot provide adequate service on time. The long waiting times at the branch are exhausting, and simple transactions take far longer than they should. On top of that, the bank's ATMs are often out of cash, causing even more inconvenience. Reaching customer service by phone is another issue; the voice command system keeps redirecting without allowing us to press any buttons or connect with a customer representative. It's incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, as if the system is deliberately designed to prevent customers from speaking to a representative.
