Coffee Contained Moths And Was Stale



I purchased three 100 g packages of Mehmet Efendi Turkish coffee from the Konya BİM Malazgirt branch approximately three days ago and opened one of the packages on 21.05.2026. When I opened it, I saw that the product was stale and there were moths and small butterflies inside. This situation is both unhygienic and extremely disturbing for a product that is expected to be fresh and safe to consume. I have not yet contacted either the store or Mehmet Efendi customer service, and I am sharing this issue here first because I am seriously concerned about product quality and food safety. I request a full refund for the three packages of coffee I purchased and a clear explanation of how such a stale and infested product could be offered for sale. I also expect the necessary inspections to be carried out so that other consumers do not experience the same problem.
