Kumho PS71 Tires Making Loud Road Noise on BMW

I purchased Kumho 245/40/18 Extra PS71 tires for my BMW. I’ve been using Kumho tires on my other vehicles for years and have never had any problems. However, despite being brand-new, these tires produce excessive road noise on asphalt.

I’m genuinely confused and disappointed, especially since Kumho has always been my go-to brand. I’d like to understand why these tires are so noisy and whether this is normal for the PS71 model or a possible defect.
