On February 14, I purchased Kotex Normal Unscented pantyliners from a Gratis store. When I opened the package today, I noticed a small hair inside one of the pads. Encountering something like this in a product that is supposed to be hygienic made me extremely uncomfortable and seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

I did not use the product, and I have not yet contacted either the store or the company. I expect stricter quality control during the production process, a clear explanation regarding this issue, and a sincere apology along with appropriate compensation for the hygiene concern I experienced.
