About a week ago, I purchased Kotex pads from the Gratis store located on Istiklal Street in Şişhane, and I was not satisfied with the product at all. I consistently experience the same issue specifically with Kotex pads that are sold at a discount in Gratis stores. The adhesive barely sticks, the pad shifts throughout the day, and the absorbency is quite poor, causing serious discomfort and a lack of confidence during use.
However, when I purchase the same Kotex product from a regular supermarket, I experience the level of quality I normally expect from the brand. For this reason, I strongly believe that discounted pads sold at Gratis—and even at other well-known chain stores—are not the same in quality, even though they are labeled as the same brand. I have experienced similar issues with other well-known pad brands during discount periods as well.
Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt or product details such as the serial number, so I cannot provide them at this time. However, I want this noticeable difference in quality to be taken seriously and investigated by both Gratis and Kotex. As a consumer, experiencing such a clear inconsistency in what should be the same product has significantly damaged my trust. I expect a clear and detailed explanation regarding this issue.
