I Face Pads Falling Apart Issue With Kotex Regular and Night Pads

As someone who has been using Kotex for a long time, I have recently started experiencing a serious quality issue with both the regular and night pad packs I purchased. I bought these products from a physical store in Ankara about 1–2 months ago. When removing the pads from my underwear, they fall apart completely, breaking into pieces.

I had never experienced such a problem with Kotex before, but the repeated occurrence of this issue in recent packs has created both disappointment and a sense of distrust. I do not have any specific request or financial expectation, but I want this quality problem to be taken seriously and for the necessary inspections and quality checks to be carried out.
