I Face Kotex Night Pads Falling Apart And Becoming Unusable

I have been using Kotex Overnight pads regularly for a long time and have always liked the product. This time, however, I purchased a pack on sale and experienced a serious disappointment. The pads in this package fall apart very quickly, and the perforated top layer tears easily, making the product unusable.

I have had to use these defective pads for approximately 3 days, and I experienced the same problem with every use. This has caused significant inconvenience in terms of both comfort and reliability.

As a customer who genuinely likes and regularly chooses the Kotex brand, I request that the defective products be replaced with new, properly manufactured pads that can be used safely and comfortably.
