I Face Kotex Overnight Pad Quality Decline With Irritation, Rash, And Pain

I have been using Kotex overnight pads for years and was always very satisfied with them, but recently I have unfortunately noticed a serious decline in product quality. While the pads used to be comfortable and reliable, they now clump very quickly, irritate my skin, cause sores and rashes, and become so painful that I can no longer continue wearing them.

I had never experienced this kind of problem before. At first, I wondered whether the issue was only happening to me, but after looking into it, I saw that many other users have also been reporting similar complaints recently. Even some of the least expensive pads I have used did not cause this level of discomfort, and this is the first time I have experienced such severe pain from a sanitary pad.

I have recently tried the product multiple times on different occasions to give it another chance, but the result has always been the same and the problem continues. I purchased the products from Gratis. This experience has negatively affected me from a health and comfort standpoint, and I also feel that the money I spent on the products was wasted.

I request that Kotex urgently investigate this issue, review any recent changes that may have been made to the product, and restore the quality customers previously expected from the brand. I also ask that the products be thoroughly examined in terms of materials, formulation, and overall quality.

For both my own health and the well-being of other customers experiencing similar problems, I expect Kotex to take these complaints seriously and make the necessary improvements.
